Banjara
community is popular for their traditional folk culture. They celebrate festival
of colors very actively and lively. Their mother tongue is Gorboli or
Gormati. They started to celebrate holi many years ago with lot of enthusiasm.
On this occasion they come together and celebrate holi in differently but
follows their tradition.When they come
together and they play songs.

They play folk dance which very
different , everlasting experience for anyone who is celebrating holi and its
motivate to other people to celebrate festival of colors. They sing lengi song
and play dance around holi. This tradition/culture of banjara community has
different place in indain culture. After
lengi song and dance all people goes to their leaders home and till late Night
they play their games differently. The Lengi dancer is known as Gerihya.
The uniqueness
of this celebrations is that all people come together without any social
discrimination like rich and poor, they
consider them that all are equal. It's great ,different and unique culture of
Banjara community which never differnciate people based on their economical
status in society. All people celebrate it in friendly nature . Marshall
McLuhan who said that today's World is like village. It's means that today all people connected into each other through digitally.
But till Banjara community
follows traditional things and they give
very important message that is save our culture. That's the main reason people love indian culture all over the
world. Thus indian culture is different cause we indian have different tradition and culture is from other country.
Cultural tradition which motivates to people to celebrate different festival.
Holi is festival of holiness of our culture. On this occasion of
